Submit a support ticket
When you submit a support ticket, the system will search to see if it can find an answer for you on the fly. If not, your question will get distributed to the support team (and everyone, including the company president is part of the support team). You can set the level of urgency and we will make sure we respond accordingly (or sooner).
Emailing firstname.lastname@example.org is an easy way to submit non-urgent tickets. These get added to the support system that we all access so you never have to rely on one person to answer your questions.
We have created numerous training videos you can use to train yourself on our software, refresh some learning after taking our training or to train new staff.
It’s easy to set up training sessions with us via the internet where we can both be looking at the same screen, at the same time and working through a training session geared specifically to your needs.
If you’d like some extra help to get started or if your organisation will have a number of administrators, we will come to you to deliver hands-on training sculpted to fit your needs.
Staff Turnover Training
If the position once filled by your main contact at your organisation turns over and there is someone new in the position, we offer one hour of free training to help the new hire in the transition.
